For organisations in the UK

Support the search. Don’t take it over.

Candidates use LandTheRole as themselves — a tailored CV, interview prep, a fit score, a tracker. An organisation can be invited to see progress, fund the credits, and export a record of what was done. Linking is their choice, and they can undo it.

The demos use fictional people. Nothing in them is saved to LandTheRole. The pilot note goes to [email protected].

What an adviser gets

A caseload, not a spreadsheet

Who is moving, who has gone quiet, who has an interview and has not prepared, who is about to run out of credits. Filter it. Open a person. The figures come from what they did in the product.

A record written at the time

Each saved role, fit score, tailored CV, cover letter, application and interview prep is timestamped when it happens. That is harder to reconstruct afterwards than a list of dates typed into a form. Export it as a PDF.

Alerts that are specific

No activity for a week. An interview on Thursday and the prep has not been opened. A handful of credits left. The demo shows those, and nothing vaguer.

Numbers a funder can be shown

Applications marked, interviews ahead, offers, from the same log. The demo is the raw record. A separate formatted funder report is not in this pilot yet.

What the record is not

Evidence of activity. Not a government form.

LandTheRole is not endorsed by the Department for Work and Pensions or by Jobcentre Plus, and this record is not one of their documents. It does not confirm that an employer received an application. It shows what was done inside the product, at the time it was done. Advisers can put it next to whatever their contract already asks for. It does not replace that return.

What a candidate gets

The same product

Fit scores, tailored CVs, cover letters, interview prep, and a tracker. The organisation does not get a different, lesser tool to hand out.

Credits from you

A sensible start is 30 credits, the same number a new account receives. Tracking stays free. The cost of a tailored CV is not the reason someone stops.

A clear account of the link

They can see what you can see, and what you cannot. The CV, the letter and the interview answers stay theirs. They can unlink, and then you stop seeing new activity.

Who it is for

Career coaches

A shared picture of the search between sessions, without asking someone to forward every file.

Return-to-work programmes

For people coming back after a break. The record shows the weeks that were quiet as well as the weeks that were busy.

Employability providers

Teams running government-funded schemes. The log is for your own assurance and for a funder who asks what happened. It does not replace your official return, and we are not on a framework.

Charities

Including organisations supporting young people or people leaving homelessness, and the social workers alongside them. A discounted credit rate, and the same consent rules.

How the money works

The pilot is free for 30 days and includes 1,000 credits to distribute. No card.

After that, an organisation buys credits and hands them out. The price sits above the public packs. There is no subscription, and credits the organisation holds do not expire.

Registered charities buy closer to what the work costs us. We are not publishing a rate card in this pilot — the thirty days are how we learn what a real caseload spends. A typical allocation in the demo is 30 credits a person.

A few direct answers

Is the demo live data?

No. The pages under /demo are a demonstration. The people are fictional. Nothing you click is stored on our servers.

Do you work with Jobcentre Plus?

No. We do not claim any government endorsement. The work-search record is for the organisation and the candidate, not a submission to the Department for Work and Pensions.

Can a candidate refuse?

Yes. Linking is something they request. Unlink stops further sharing. The candidate view shows the wording.

What can we see?

Pipeline, fit scores, document summaries, whether prep was done, the activity log, and the credit balance. Not the CV text, not the cover letter in full, not passwords.
